Meet the team

Troy Clark

CEO/President

With over 32 years of experience in network and systems engineering, I have consistently delivered innovative IT solutions tailored to meet the demands of a rapidly changing technological landscape. As a Microsoft Senior Network/Systems Engineer, I specialize in designing, implementing, and managing secure, cutting-edge server, network, hosting, and telephony solutions across a wide range of industries. My passion for helping others took shape in 2004 when I began volunteering with Search and Rescue and Disaster Relief organizations, assisting communities in locating vital resources during crises as well with technical support for teams and communities. This led to the creation of I Am Open, a platform designed to connect individuals with essential services during disasters, ensuring that help is always accessible when it’s needed most.

Lori Flanagan

COO/CFO/Vice President

Lori currently resides in North Carolina. After high school she pursued a degree in Business Administration and Accounting at Seton Hall University and Strayer University. She is a wife, mother of two, an avid book reader, writer, and in her spare time works with many volunteer organizations. The organizations she is involved in range from assisting Veterans, Active Duty Military, and First Responders. She truly shines in her work with Search and Rescue and Disaster Relief organizations, in which she brings experience as a former EMT, Medic Assistant, Firefighter, SAR and Dispatcher. Lori’s passion for this organization comes from her previous experience in the field. While she is no longer physically able to participate, she enjoys giving her time to help make disaster search, recovery, and relief for those who are on the ground and those affected by the disaster, the resources they need to make things easier.

Kelly White

Secretary

Kelly serves as the Secretary for our organization, bringing a passion for streamlined processes and governance to the organization. With over 20 years of experience in administrative and organizational management, Kelly has honed skills in record-keeping, communication, and process improvement.  She has worked in the healthcare industry for over 35 years with a focus on project and program management. Kelly’s commitment to our organization stems from supporting her military and first responder communities as a wife of over 40 years to a military and police veteran. Kelly has volunteer experience with First Responder Family Support, the Special Olympics and Hospice Family Support. Outside of their board duties, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family especially her three grandsons and granddaughter.

There are many others who volunteer with the project, and we are thankful for their time, effort and love for what we do.
