Important Update for D-SNAP Applicants!
If you pre-registered for D-SNAP through ePASS.nc.gov by 4 p.m. on Oct. 24 in any of the 25 counties but weren’t able to reach the call center for your interview, do not worry! DSS staff will be reaching out to complete your application by Nov. 1.
Please be prepared for a call from DSS between now and Nov. 1. The call may come from an area code outside your local one, so keep an eye on your phone for any unfamiliar numbers.
